What requirements are needed for renting?
Our inflatables can be virtually setup up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt. The location must be free of rocks, sticks, branches, rough debris and fecal material. If you have an in ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on. If you have outdoor pets, you must popper scoop the area to receive the inflatable and the play area around where the inflatable will be placed. The bouncers also require 110 VAC outlets, located within 50 feet of the inflatable. (Household GFI outlets are required.) For outdoor events where electrical hookup is not available, Z Castlez can supply a portable generator for an additional fee.
RAIN POLICY/PAYMENT POLICY
Inflatable rides cannot be used during rain, lightning & thunderstorms or high winds. If it has been forecast that there is a 50% or better chance that it might rain, you have the option to cancel anytime before the delivery process has begun. Twenty-four hour notice is preferred but notify us at least 2 hours before the originally scheduled delivery / set-up time. Refund or Rain checks will NOT be issued if the rental unit has been dispatched and on its way to your event location or has already been delivered, or in the event of the leased equipment not being used for any reason. Be aware that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IF INCLEMENT WEATHER IS IMMINENT, UP TO THE TIME OF DELIVERY!
If you have any questions about our weather policy please call 843-830-8277 If a customer insists that we deliver the inflatable unit for their event when we have advised them to cancel or the forecast for rain and high winds is imminent and exceeds a 50% chance of rain, and additional $75.00 dollars will be due at time of delivery for drying charges to set-up the inflatable unit(s) at our company location to get all of the internal components of the bounce house dry. All payments are non-refundable. It is the customer’s decision to cancel the rental due to weather. (we won’t cancel on you – we can set up rain or shine! So, it is totally your decision.)
Your payment can be applied toward another rental within one year (like a rain check – you won’t lose your money!). To receive the Rain Check, or Credit, you must inform us of your decision to cancel due to weather before rental items are delivered. Once the delivery crew arrives onsite we will not provide any rain checks, and you must move forward with the rental.
Changing the booking date, or canceling, for any reason other than inclement weather will result in the loss of your payment and/or rescheduling fees. We will contact you 1 or 2 days before your event to discuss details, delivery/pick up times, weather, etc. We will give you a 2 hour window for the delivery crew’s arrival.. We cannot schedule exact delivery and pick-up times.
The delivery crew will call or text when they are on the way to deliver. The Z Castle crew will deliver, set up, and go over any instructions you might need. (It usually takes 30– 60 minutes for our crew to get a bounce house or waterslide set up.) We will come back for pick up the following day. We do all the work, and you have all the FUN! All inflatables require electrical power. (Just a regular power outlet) We will provide 100 feet of extension cord per inflatable. We can provide a generator for locations without power (like parks). Generator rental is $99, and provides power for up to 4 inflatables. Water Slide rentals will include 50 feet of water hose. The customer is responsible for additional hoses if necessary.
Our insurance meets all the requirements to set up at local parks. There is a $99 processing fee to provide the insurance that Parks Departments require.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your event. The booking fee will be converted into a credit that can be transferred to a booking on another date. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of the $100 booking fee credit. The only exception to this is inclement weather. (Please see the cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions)
WHEN IS MY BALANCE DUE?
A $100 booking fee will be required to secure your requested event date. The remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of your event. Failure to pay the balance within that time frame will result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of your booking fee
